Our shipping promise

All orders placed before 15:00 CET Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day. Orders placed on a Swedish holiday are shipped the next business day.

Standard Delivery: Reliable domestic delivery within 1–3 working days.
Local Delivery: If you’re located near our store, we’re happy to deliver your order directly to your door.
Pick up in-store: Always free.
Free shipping: For orders over 3 000 SEK.

Europe

Standard Delivery (e.g., DHL or UPS): Delivered within 2–6 working days.
Express Delivery (e.g., DHL Express or UPS Express): Delivered within 1–4 working days.

Free shipping: For orders over €300.

US and the Rest of the World:

Standard Delivery (e.g., DHL or UPS): Delivered within 4–10 working days.
Express Delivery (e.g., DHL Express or UPS Express): Delivered within 2–5 business days.
Free shipping: For orders over $500.

Additional delivery information for the rest of the world

We deliver outside the EU excluding VAT and with the DAP (Delivery At Place) service, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are paid by the customer.
