Return Policy - If you regret your purchase
Full right of return within 14 days from the date you received your purchase. When returning a product it must be in unused condition and returned in original packaging. Unused condition means that the goods, after testing is undamaged, clean and sellable as new. The exception is underwear that do not get tested, and they should always be returned unopened. Always send the product together with the receipt, invoice or order confirmation and specify the reason for the return. When the return has been approved, we will refund the total of the return or the full order amount. We automatically refund you the same way you paid. The customer pays for return shipping. All returns will be handled within 1-3 business days.
Gabucci offers 14-day right to exchange goods that are in unused condition. Send an email to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +46 (0)8-678 07 30 for help finding the right product for you. The customer pays for return shipping costs.
We always recommend sending back the package as traceable to facilitate the handling of your shipment. The order is under the customer's responsibility until it is safely delivered to us.
If you should find that your ordered product is faulty or in any way defect let us know within 14 days. Email our customer service about your complaint before sending back the return. For approved claims we will refund the total amount for the return or the full order amount and pays for return postage.
Are you unsure if you have the right to exchange or return, please contact our customer service. Invalid returns will be sent back to the customer against an advance payment of postage.
Returns from outside EU
When returning an order from outside of the European Union please contact us and we will generate an return slip for you. The flat rate return fee is 500SEK (50€) assure the parcel is sent and marked as a return, include the original sender ID/original tracking number and EORI number: SE556483344901. This is to prevent any additional customs charges for the customer.
