When is customer service open?

Customer service works weekdays, Monday to Friday. You can send us an mail whenever you want and we will reply as soon as possible, or call us on weekdays between 10.00-18.00 and we will help you in the best possible way. However, it is very important that you have your order number ready in communication with us so that we can help quickly.

I want to buy a certain item, but you don’t have it in my size. Will you get this item again?

Our purchases are always made small scale, which can lead to products being sold out fast. Many of our suppliers are small and the lead times can therefore be long, but contact us at webshop@gabuccistore.com and we will try to help you.


It also happens that products are returned within 14 days and will be available for purchase on the website as soon as we have received and checked the goods.

How do I return goods?

Return your goods with all tags in the original packaging and fold the goods the way you received them. The goods should be unused, clean and sellable as new, underwear will only be accepted as a return in their original unopened packaging.

How do I exchange goods?

Follow the instructions to return the goods. Place a new order via the website so that your desired replacement item does not run out of stock and for fastest service. Your orders will be handled separately.

Do you have free shipping campaigns?

Sometimes we offer free shipping campaigns. To receive mail updates about our upcoming campaigns, sign up for our email list.

How do I reset my password?
