Customer service works weekdays, Monday to Friday. You can send us an mail whenever you want and we will reply as soon as possible, or call us on weekdays between 10.00-18.00 and we will help you in the best possible way. However, it is very important that you have your order number ready in communication with us so that we can help quickly.
Our purchases are always made small scale, which can lead to products being sold out fast. Many of our suppliers are small and the lead times can therefore be long, but contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help you.
It also happens that products are returned within 14 days and will be available for purchase on the website as soon as we have received and checked the goods.
