This iconic Plain Toe from Alden comes with the Barrie last and is crafted of shell cordovan leather made by the tannery Horween Leather Co. in Chicago. Cordovan is a rare, vegetable-tanned horse leather that is renowned for its exceptional durability, shine, and comfort. This leather is handcrafted by skilled craftsmen at Horween, a process that lasts up to six months. The model number is 990 and it is available in E width.
